This is utterly irresistible, extra crispy, spicy vegan wings with a spicy dip

This is utterly irresistible, extra crispy, spicy vegan wings with a spicy dip! It’s a crowd pleaser and there’s no shame in finishing off the whole plate. This is definitely the recipe of the day and it’s so tasty, flavoursome and finger licking good!

Ingredients:
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into bites size florets.
-Spices – 1 tsp of teaspoon of; salt, dried oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, pepper
-2 cups all-purpose flour (250 g)
-2 tablespoons cornflour
-1 Β½ cups soy milk (360 mL)
-1 Β½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-2 tablespoons hot sauce
-Vegetable oil, for frying

Method:
-Cut the cauliflower in large florets. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
-In a small bowl, combine all the dry spices and mix well.
-In another bowl, add half of the spice mix to the flour. Add the corn-starch and mix well for your dry batter.
-In a separate medium bowl, combine the soy milk, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce. Whisk.
-Pour the remaining spice mix over the cauliflower florets and add the milk mixture over the cauliflower. Coat and mix well.
-Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour minimum.
-Create a two-bowl step: Toss each cauliflower floret in the dry flour mixture, coating all sides.
-Then dip them back into the milk marinate it was sitting on and back into the flour. This creates a double crispy coating.
-Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and fry the cauliflower for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
-Drain the pieces on a wire or paper towels.

Serve with a spicy dip, pickle and jalapenos.
