I thought why not make something that’s close to my heart

So it’s pancake day today! πŸ₯žπŸ₯ž In the past, I’ve made crepe, american fluffy pancake and crempog to celebrate this day but today, I thought why not make something that’s close to my heart πŸ₯°πŸ₯° here’s my version of Apam Balik (Peanut pancake turnover) πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
.
I remember having this when I was younger all the time for breakfast 🀀 never seems to get bored of it πŸ™ŒπŸ» it’s so easy to find them back home and cheap as well. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ it’s usually soft and fluffy πŸ₯ž everything you need for a pancake 🀀🀀 for my version, I’ve used ground cashew only because I had some left, I would highly recommend you to use peanut! πŸ₯žanyway, what are you making for pancake day? πŸ₯°
.
Apam Balik
πŸ₯ž self raising flour
πŸ₯ž yeast
πŸ₯ž egg
πŸ₯ž water ( you can use milk too if you prefer milk )
πŸ₯ž yeast
πŸ₯ž baking powder
πŸ₯ž sugar
πŸ₯ž cream corn (I couldn’t find any of those here so I just use regular corn)
πŸ₯ž peanut (I use cashew here cause I had leftover cashew 🀣🀣 definitely use peanut if you can get some!)
