I thought why not make something that’s close to my heart

So it’s pancake day today! 🥞🥞 In the past, I’ve made crepe, american fluffy pancake and crempog to celebrate this day but today, I thought why not make something that’s close to my heart 🥰🥰 here’s my version of Apam Balik (Peanut pancake turnover) 😋😋

I remember having this when I was younger all the time for breakfast 🤤 never seems to get bored of it 🙌🏻 it’s so easy to find them back home and cheap as well. 😋😍 it’s usually soft and fluffy 🥞 everything you need for a pancake 🤤🤤 for my version, I’ve used ground cashew only because I had some left, I would highly recommend you to use peanut! 🥞anyway, what are you making for pancake day? 🥰

Apam Balik
🥞 self raising flour
🥞 yeast
🥞 egg
🥞 water ( you can use milk too if you prefer milk )
🥞 yeast
🥞 baking powder
🥞 sugar
🥞 cream corn (I couldn’t find any of those here so I just use regular corn)
🥞 peanut (I use cashew here cause I had leftover cashew 🤣🤣 definitely use peanut if you can get some!)
