I recently received kimchi and they provided their kimchi shakshuka recipe and I thought why not giving it a try ππ and letβs say Iβm in love ππ and whatβs better than having it with some shin ramyun πππ
.
I twist the recipe a little so hereβs my recipe! Recipe below β¬οΈ
.
Kimchi shakshuka
300g kimchi
1 pepper
1 400g chopped tomato
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 spring onion
5g of dried anchovies
1 tsp mirin
.
π₯« on a hot pan, add garlic and pepper, and allow it to cook for about 2 minutes then add the kimchi and tomato.
π₯« add the dry anchovies and mirin and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes before adding three eggs.
π₯« let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes at low heat before serving it with spring onion.
