I’m in love and what’s better than having it with some shin ramyun

I recently received kimchi and they provided their kimchi shakshuka recipe and I thought why not giving it a try πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ and let’s say I’m in love 😍😍 and what’s better than having it with some shin ramyun πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
.
I twist the recipe a little so here’s my recipe! Recipe below ⬇️
.
Kimchi shakshuka
300g kimchi
1 pepper
1 400g chopped tomato
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 spring onion
5g of dried anchovies
1 tsp mirin
.
πŸ₯« on a hot pan, add garlic and pepper, and allow it to cook for about 2 minutes then add the kimchi and tomato.
πŸ₯« add the dry anchovies and mirin and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes before adding three eggs.
πŸ₯« let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes at low heat before serving it with spring onion.
