delicious ginger garlic tofu with stem broccoli amazing and you definitely need

Celebrating #veganuary2021 with this delicious ginger garlic tofu with stem broccoli.

This is truly amazing and you definitely need to give it a go:

Ingredients:
-1 block tofu @cauldronfoods
-3 minced garlic cloves and thumb grated ginger.
-3 tbsp of soy sauce
-3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
-2 tbsp ketjap manis if not use maple syrup
-Half sliced onion.
-Salt and pepper.
-Veg optional; sliced green peppers, broccoli ends.
-Chilli flakes
-Coriander
-1/2 cup cornflour.

Method:
-Dry out the tofu by wrapping it in a tea cloth and placing something heavy.
-Slice length ways and into triangles
-In bowl add the cornflour, with a pinch of salt and pepper.
-Coat the tofu in cornflour and gently fry on both sides until golden brown.
-In a hot wok, add some oil and fry the ends of the broccoli stems. Add the onion and cook for 1 min.
-Add the garlic and ginger and mix well. Add the rest of the vegetables.
-Season with Chili flakes, salt and pepper and add the sauces.
-With the cornflour in bowl add some water to make a cornflour slurry/paste. Add this to the mix until it becomes a thick sauce.
-Add the tofu and coat well. Sprinkle with some coriander and chilli!

Serve with some rice, gently fried broccoli stems
