Weekend lunch- Matar ki kachori , Tamatar Aloo ki sabji and Hari chutney!
A calorie loaded deep fried treat to deal with the winters here πŸ˜ƒ

Matar kachoris are made with 100% whole wheat, along with the fresh winter peas coarsely grinded with lots of spices.

Tamatar Aloo ki sabji is made sans onion and garlic and has a very Old Delhi style taste and aroma.
The red color here is from pretty red tomatoes and is made with freshly grinded spices viz. fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, corriander seeds, fennel seeds. You can refer to the post dated 3rd May for the detailed recipe. Trust me it’s a ‘no fail’ recipe πŸ€—
