π•Šπ•™π•£π•–π••π••π•–π•• 𝕀𝕑𝕣𝕠𝕦π•₯𝕀 𝕀𝕒𝕝𝕒𝕕.

Sprouts this way are so good!! I like to make a big batch and have them for lunch. Such a healthy nutritious salad.

Simply shred, cook with just 6 ingredients and made within 10 minutes and honestly so delicious. You can serve with some protein and it’s a healthy option instead of rice, or potato’s. I love sprouts, a perfect in season vegetable and not just for Christmas ! They are smokey, garlicky and amazing with the salty nuts.

Ingredients:
-1 bag of shredded brussel sprouts.
-2 garlic cloves minced.
-half lemon juice.
-Handful of chopped walnuts roasted in kala namak/ black salt.
-Season with 1 tsp of salt, paprika.
-Pepper and thyme.

Method:
-In a pan fry some garlic in some oil, followed by all the ingredients.
-Add the sprouts coat and cook well for the next 4 minutes on high heat.
-In a separate pan gently fry some walnuts in 1tsp of oil and less then 1/2 tsp of kala namak. Chop into pieces and add to the sprouts.
-Remove thyme and serve.

I topped with some balsamic onions, and pomegranates.
