I’m obsessed with mushrooms just now, so be prepared for the shroom series. 🍄
This is such an easy recipe. Perfect as a side but if you add some rice or
noodles it makes a delicious meat free mid week meal.
It’s a super easy and tasty recipe in 20 minutes with 6 ingredients! Mix
everything together, marinade and simply roast. Voila 🙌🏾
It’s perfect to use up some mushrooms too!
-1 punnet mushroom, 250g.
(Please source and use local!)
-3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar.
-3 tbsp of soy sauce.
-2 tbsp of oil.
-3 minced garlic.
-Season with salt and pepper.
-Optional but definitely recommend chilli flakes!
-In a large bowl add all the ingredients and add the mushrooms and coat well.
-Let sit for a few minutes and mix well.
-Place in a tray and cook for 20 minutes on 200degrees and mix half way.
