Ingredients:
-1 x pack of paneer @arlaapetina

-Sauce – 4 tbsp of siracha sauce, tomato sauce. 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp rice vinegar or cider vinegar
-Spices – Salt and pepper
-4 tbsp of cornflour for paneer coating and slurry sauce

Method:
-Chop the paneer into cubes and coat well in cornflour. Gently fry for a few minutes until golden brown and keep to the side.
-In a hot pan/wok fry off the onions in some oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the chilli, garlic and ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
-Add all the chunky vegetable, but keeping a bite to them.
-Add all the spices and sauces and mix well before adding the fried paneer.
-Coat and mix the paneer and add some water to cornflour to make a thick slurry to thicken the sauce if you feel it’s needed.
